Lancel is committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned goods must be in their original condition, unused, and with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Log into your Lancel account or visit our 'Track Order' page to select the items you wish to return and receive your digital return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Lancel gift box and shipping carton, ensuring the pre-paid return label is securely attached to the outside.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your parcel at any authorized carrier location or schedule a complimentary home collection through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Control & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
